Substitution
Flowerstomd.com is proud to offer a wide assortment of flowers and gifts throughout the year. Occasionally, specific flower types, blooming plant types, wine brands or gifts styles may be unavailable due to grower shortages or supplier shortages. In this situation, our designer will substitute a flower or product of equal beauty and value for your gift.

Delivery
Each arrangement delivered will be created by a professional florist. Delivery will be made on the date requested and every effort will be made to meet requests as to preferred times. We require a 48 hours in advance order. The same-day delivery is not available at the moment. You will get a confirmation by e-mail once your order has been delivered.

We require our customers to provide us the recipient's phone numbers to ensure the delivery is made personally to the recipient. Please ensure that someone will be available at the delivery location to sign for the shipment on the day of delivery. Shipments may not be left at the door. This is up to the courier's discretion or if none is there we will leave an informative note for the recipient to pick-up the flowers at our office within 48 hours for flowers and 1 month for the gifts. We guarantee arrival on the requested delivery date, if we are provided with complete and accurate recipient information. We provide delivery between 9am to 9 pm.

Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you wish to change or cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate requests for changes or cancellations as long as we receive them before the order has been sent out on delivery or prepared for shipment. Forty-eight hour advance notice is necessary to assure a cancellation or any changes to your order. An order cannot be cancelled or changed after it has been sent out on delivery or prepared for shipment.

In case an order has been cancelled:

• Order cancelled 48 hours before the date of delivery we give you a store credit for the amount you paid.
• Order cancelled later than 48 hours before the delivery but not later than 24 hour before the date of delivery we keep 20% of the order's total and give you a store credit of 80%. Store credits can be redeemed for any purchase in Flowerstomd.com online store and have no expiration date.
• No refund will be given if an order has been cancelled later than 24 hours before the date of delivery.

Note: If the delivery couldn't be done because of incorrectly specified recipient's address (and the correct phone number of the recipient wasn't given), Flowerstomd.com will keep 30% of the order total or $15, whichever is greater. You will receive a store credit for the remaining amount. It's highly recommended to specify the phone number of the recipient to avoid the scam incidents and the corresponding expenses.
